new... again

I have gained a decent amount of weight and lost it 3 times in my life, twice because of having my children, once from quitting smoking. This last bit of gain is just laziness to be completely honest. I was in great shape just this past summer (5'6" 127 lbs about ) my youngest started pre-k during my workout time in september and i fell off and gained 20 lb.s in less than 4 months.:brokenheart:

Competition really gets me going and i eat well ( i dont starve myself and i dont deny myself treats) sometimes too well. I do like to exercise and i actually miss really working up a sweat (i did stay active throughout that duration hiking and/or dancing most everyday, as well as cleaning cooking and taking active care of my children). I could use some friends for support and motivation (just knowing your out there sweating makes me want to too).
