Quick question...

I'm pretty much on a strict chicken broth and theraflu diet right now. Should I be counting calories from the theraflu? Lol! And if so, how do I find out how many is in it? I feel like I'm asking a pretty stupid question, but I'm still new to all this stuff.

If it gives the calorie count you could log it, but if that's all you are consuming right now is it realy worth the effort? Just relax until you are better and eating real food again, then begin logging again.

If you're sick, don't worry about logging. Eat/drink what your body needs to get healthy.

just rest up...if that's all you're consuming, I'd highy doubt you will be going over your calorie goal...you probably are well under it. I was really sick last week and there were a few days there that I absolutely had to force myself to have a bit of soup...I counted one day and that was it...wasn't worth the effort as I was way under my goals.

If you're sick - rest. Don't worry about logging - I'd just put a note in the food log that says "sick" so if I went back later and looked at past days I'd remember what was going on those days. Hope you feel better soon!
