I just joined MFP. I have about 15-20 lbs to loose that I have gained due to a change in medication for my migraines. I am taking Inderol and one of the side effects is that you are always hungry and never feel full. So I am trying to combat that and get back to where I was before I started it. I could use all the help and encouragement I can get. I need to be accountable!
