Hello I am a mom of 3 and have let my self go. Well am looking for a change. I want a new body and a new start in life. I would like to lose 100 pounds this yr but I am setting a goal of 40 by july. Anyone care to join and help me stick with it? I need all the support I can get. Thanks and hope to make some new friends too.
