Hi I need help with toning exercises?

I have 2 five pound dumbbells. I need to do more toning and strength training so my body tones and tightens! I have bad knees so I can't do anything too intense or anything that requires alot of knee work. Tips appreciated!

    I suggest doing a good ol' google search for the areas you want to work, fitnessmagazine.com has some great ones and they are organized pretty well and there are many that aren't too hard on the knees... good luck!

    i love pilates 4 toning and strengthing.:drinker: easy on the body (knees, joints, etc...:yawn: ) but can be a good workout!

    I recommend pilates too, myself, my sister and mother have all done it at different points, and it's surprising how hard you workout doing it :smile:
