Hi, I've just started MFP as at 16stone 5pounds and 5'9" I'm the biggest I've ever been :( I have tried slimming world but as I don't cook often it's no good. I've tried weight watchers but hate the new pro points plan so this is my final resort.

I do like the look of this plan as I can scan etc with my app but when I put in to lose 2lb a week it gives me 1230 cals and I feel starving all the time bearing in mind you have to track absolutely everything. But when I put in 1 pound a week it gives me 1760 cals and not sure this is too many, I'd like to see a difference sooner rather than later so I'd really like to lose 2pound.

Can anto be help me or give me advice? how much do you lose per week? how many calls is that based on you having?

any friends would be nice too ;)
