Hi, my name is Byron and i have recently started to notice that i am not as able bodied as i was about 3 years ago( when i was in good shape ). My goal is to lose some weight this new year( not really a resolution seeing as i started before new years ) I would like to get back to the weight i was 3 years ago. The funny thing is when at that previous weight three years ago i had actually dropped from the same weight i am now, 265lbs to about 215lbs and it only took two months. There were a lot of circumstances that i think played a roll as well. Needless to say i would like to get there again. Exercising becomes a passion of mine once i start but it always seems i get to a point then i just stop and then the weight comes back again. My philosophy is its as easy to lose as it is to gain, only you need motivation to lose. So maybe not so easy. haha. How I had lost all the weight before was from diet and mainly all cardio. This time around i would like to weight train with a diet and do cardio as well. Any advice and support is definitely welcome and i love to hear about new exercises and good food supplements.

Another one from Calgary!
I don't agree with how easy it is to lose as it is to gain, but that certainly is different from person to person. But you do seem very determined and thats definitely a good thing You will find ample support here, so welcome and good luck!0
