How to drop Body Fat Percentage?

I'm 5ft 7, currently 158lbs, and 28% body fat.

So far, I have lost 19lbs in 3 months.

What's the best and quickest way to drop body fat % ??

Do I eat certain things? Do certain exercises?

I'm trying my hardest but I want to drop faster!

    what i've been told is lift heavy weights at least 3x a week... and eat a clean diet just below your TDEE... pretty simple. but yet i have trouble doing it! i am trying to drop body fat % too and i am told this is the way

    Pretty much what newhabit said. A clean diet somewhere between your BMR & TDEE. Try less carbs and more protein, and compound exercises.

    Lower carbs can help speed it up, if you can handle it drop your carb intake to 20% of your total calorie intake. Aside from that true strength training (i.e. the infamous lifting heavy) is the other thing that will really speed you up. I still don't buy into "clean eating" being any more effective than not, but that's a personal choice if you want to give it a shot. I know some swear by it and others think it's a bunch of bunk.
