Exercise from work?

I'm trying to work out what sort of calories I burn at work. I work for a very large parcel courier and spend around 3.5 hours loading lorries and can move 3 tons or more of stuff at a weight ranging from a couple of kg up to 70kg during a shift. It's a problem working out how this fits in when it comes to calorie intake, what I'm burning and what amount of exercise I should put for the week. I'm assuming calorie counters wouldn't take this into account so should I put I'm doing some sort of exercise in for the days I'm at work?
