Hey, I'm in... i fly to Dubai on 28th, so would LOVE to loose 7lbs by then... I would also be at my target weight... for a few days (then the holiday lbs will all add up)!!! K X0

Hello )
I have a lateral thigh trainer which I try to do at least three times a week. (Like a stepped but better designed)
I try to do 100 sit ups a day - but this has been built up over the years.
I have some nice girly bumbells and do arm weights and squats and claf raises with them.
I also walk and run - slowly - when the weather is good enough.
Anything you can do will help.
I'd love wii fit but can't afford it yet!!
What do you do?
