Supplement Suggestions???

Hello everyone. I hope you all had a wonderful time during whatever holidays you celebrate. I need some advice regarding nutritional supplements. Towards the end of 2012 (I would say the last two months or so), I started having some pretty severe pain in my joints. It was localized to any specific joint, but was kind of all over. Shoulders, neck, elbows, knees, knuckles/fingers, etc. I am guessing that the combination of intense exercise and calorie restriction lead to a deficiency in something. I know that I need to clean up my eating so I am not wasting precious calories on food that doesn't offer much in the way of nutrition. However, I also think I probably need some kind of supplement. Does anyone have any recommendations for a supplement that helps with joint issues?
