I have been doing it for two weeks and still waiting to see a loss. I know it could take me a month or even more since I tend to lose very slowly. I have done it in the past and I know it works, and it takes patience. While I wait, anyone want to share their experiences with this method? How long did it take for the weight to start coming off? Any initial gain at first?

It just varies for me. Sometimes I will lose a couple weeks in a row, sometimes I won't lose for 4 to 6 weeks. But I lift weights, heavy and regular so I often will see changes in body composition before I see the scale move. I'm ok with that. If I don't lose after 6 weeks, I will take a diet break (eat at maintenance) and maybe take a week off from lifting and just do cardio. That usually gets me started back up.

I'm doing TDEE - 21% technically lol the goal is to lose .75 lbs a week or 3 lbs a month for the next 3 months and then reevaluate again.

Yes. The weight loss is slower at this point because I am a lot closer to my goal weight, and that is to be expected. I am working on reducing body fat % more than I am on losing the weight. I stay full and satisfied. Life is good :)
