I'm in! Took a 2.4 mile walk yesterday.
1/1 - 2.4/50
1/2 mile warm up, 2.1 mile run (short one - easing back after a 13miler a few days ago), 1/2 mile cooldown
1/1 - 2.4/50
1/4 - 5.5/500 -
1/1 2.5/50
1/2 2.5/50
1/3 7/50

You can make a ticker at LilySlim, TickerFactory, etc. Once the ticker is made, just copy and paste the BB code in your post. Any updates made to your ticker on the original site will update on the original ticker you post. Good luck with your mileage!0 -
