    I am starting the Daniel Fast, for the first time, with my church on the 7th until the 27th... I'm kind of nervous but excited, I am a big eater of sweets and bread/pasta... I could use a support buddy so feel free to add me :)

    hi i am also starting a similar fast with my church as of today.. i have always found it hard to fast but i feel as though God has been impressing this on me for a while now and i am ready to proceed.
    ive come to the conclusion a juice fast would be best for me, bt im not sure if my reduced workout plan will be reduced enough so i dont make myself ill... if you have any tips or suggestions please feel free to let me know
