Hey everyone! Happy New Year! A little bit about myself.. I'm 23 years old was heavy until about a year and half ago where I lost 60 pounds, I did such a great job keeping it off until recently where I met a great guy and we moved in together. And you know you get comfortable with each other and tend to over eat a little. (gained 10 pounds) Well, we both joined the gym and i'm ready to get serious again. I'm eating a lot better, but I want a little insight on what your workout routines are... please nothing extreme. Not looking to bulk up. I've been on this sight for quite a while, but never really introduced myself or posted so nice to meet everyone.. hope to make some friends
