GROUP- losing 40-50 lbs in 2013

I want to start a group to help keep me accountable......And I'd love to hear your success stories!

Anyone wanting to lose 40-50 lbs this year???

Lets to weigh ins every Wednesday Starting 1/09/2013- Add the following format in your signature line:

SW: (Starting weight)
CW: (Current weight)
GW: (Goal weight for the month)

Weigh in Dates for the month of Jan:
1/9
1/16
1/23
1/30

    I've always seen it like this....never an actual group setting. If there is one, I will change the format to make it easier for sure.

    But since we know what day to weigh in....you can go to your previous activity to see this post to reply to it.

    I've never joined a group or thread so I'm not sure if I'm doing it right. I'm just replying but like "mommy2" I'm not sure if there's an actual group to join. I'd love to have some support from people!

    If you click on the GROUPS tab, there is "Start a Group" on the right side. Once it's created, I think we can search for it and join on that page too....

    I'm starting to think you can't add anything except the ticker in your signature line anymore.....I know you could a long time ago.

    I'll try to set up the actual group when I get home this evening and see if it works. fingers crossed.

    Hi Everyone,

    I have just joined your group. I had belonged to the Christmas Weight Loss Challenge and was looking for another group of like-minded people to help me continue.

    The person who started the previous group had created a spreadsheet and everyone logged in every week to record their weight. That worked really well for me. Something to consider for this group.

    I think I need to work with some smaller interim goals. I am going on vacation on Feb 14 so my interim goal will be 10 lbs.

    Looking for all the support I can get. I am just getting back on the wagon after falling off and gaining back 10 pounds. It would be nice to be able to actually talk to people about how I am feeling. Yesterday I was very discouraged... today is day one of starting again and i would like to be snacking right now. I am not hungry, but I am sitting in front of the tv and I think its just habit :(
