Chicken breast, tilapia, Lean ground beef/ground Turkey, frozen vegetables (these can be kept a long time in the freezer), Greek yogurt, sweet potatoes, oatmeal, brown rice, nuts (cashews,almonds,etc), almond milk, low fat cheese sticks, fruit, fiber cereal, etc. Just a few ideas0

Skinny cow ice cream or healthy choice greek frozen yogurt.... Im a sweet fanatic so these two things are a staple in my diet while trying to make better choices and staying at my calorie goal0

Chicken Breast (not the pre-frozen ones because they contain extra sodium & junk)
2% Cottage Cheese (DH won't eat FF and I don't want to have too many his & mine's in the house)

Fat Free Milk
Large bag of Spinach for Skinny Green Monster (google it, it's yummy!)

Celery -- Boring but works for me. I use it in place of chips....with salsa, hummus, peanut butter, etc. gives the crunch without the guilt.0
