Round 2.....

Hi! I am a 35 year old mom of a 3 year old and a 5 year old - both boys - who keep me very active. I started my weight loss journey in Feb of 2011. I started at 172 and got down to 122 this past April. It was very exciting until I hit that maintenance stage. That has proved harder then the weight loss! I am back up to 145 and refuse to go any higher so I am at it again. I am trying to find a way to keep myself motivated this time. I do fine with the exercise....it's the FOOD.....ughh... I am hoping that more consistant tracking will help improve my loss and continued maintenance. I thought if I started to become a little more active on here, accountability would be greater! Thanks for your help!

    You can do it!!! Holiday had me backsliding, too. I have recommitted and joined a new fitness challenge to keep me going. Feel free to add me if you want. I'll be logging every day, and I plan to work out 6 days a week. We can do this again!!!
