Even assuming the worst case scenario that you actually gained 5 lbs of pure fat, if this is a lifestyle (as opposed to a diet) and you plan to be healthy for the rest of your life then this isn't really a setback. You haven't lost your health because of this and it's not like you're going to die younger because of it. Step back and look at the big picture, you are way better off now than you were when you started. It is totally worth it, assuming you aren't on some deprivation/starvation plan and are happy with eating the way you do.
The holidays are a great time to let go and have some fun. Think of it like saving money. You don't save forever so you can have an expensive funeral, you save it up so you can spend it on things that make you happy! The holidays are spending a bit of your savings you built up over the year. You eat well so that sometimes you can splurge without ruining your health, shortening your life, or having to deal with a bunch of guilt.
Remember, the whole point is to get healthy and be happy. You're totally doing both. That's not a screw up, it's success.0
