Well this the first time participating in a blog. I am a 'fairly' healthy person. I regularly workout (however I seem to have taken the last month or so off) and I eat mostly homecooked wellish balanced meals (except on days when I don't give a ****). I am short 5'2 and and a consistent 148...which really kinda ticks me off! a few years ago I got my weight down to 126 and it was fabulous! But I was constant work (working out and serious self control when it came to meals) since that time I have graduated university, moved cities, moved in with my partner and got a new job. My weight came back amidst all the changes. BUT NOW i have recently got engaged and have some serious white dress motivation! I also took up rinning last year and have decided 2013 will be the year I WILL run a half marathon. So I have a bumpy road ahead as I am sure many of you do as well. Please pass on motivation!
