Will it have a negative affect on my over all weight loss if i do not eat my exercise calories back?

Probably not. I've never eaten mine back. Most people don't do enough exercise to require refueling of that amount.0

Your calorie goal is already giving you a deficit to lose weight. If you exercise a lot on top of that and don't eat back a good portion of them your body won't have enough fuel in the long run to operate efficiently and more then likely you will stall. Yes, of course by exercising a lot and eating little you will drop weight but it isn't a healthy or sustainable way of doing it. If you want to lose weight in a healthy manner you should add back some calories. I've consistently lost weight since I've started eating healthier and exercising, even over the holidays, and I usually eat back almost all my exercise calories.0
