Homemade Salsa

Does anyone have a recipe to make their own Salsa? Just looking to reduce the Sodium that the jar stuff has.

I do in the summer when I grow tomatos and have TONS of them!
Chop up a bunch of tomatos, a jalapeno, an onion, and some cilantro. Chop however small you would like and than mix it all together in a bowl. Add a bit of lemon juice and some olive oil and mix. Add spices however you prefer.
It doesn't taste nearly the same. I love salsa and still enjoy it often... it's not too bad. See if you store sells a reduced sodium version.0 -
Well, first it depends on what kind of salsa you would like (sweet & sour, spicy, what kind of chile, etc...) but you can find a lot of recipes online.
