Need new Friends and Encouragement!

I am Christen, I am new to this site. I been struggling with my weight my whole life. It is not easy being a plus size person when others put you down cause of your weight. I am wanting to do this in The name of The Lord cause with out Him I can not do anything. My self-esteem is very low and I would like to pump it up. I want to do this to be healthy not to be vain and show my body for looks.

    Well you came to the right place! I love this site! it is motivating and really controls what you eat. What I mean by that is when you have to write it down - realization sets in!
