Hi everyone!
I have a very picky family of eaters. One of the common foods that most of them will eat is potatoes....I know, I know....Potatoes= the enemy to some.
However, in my case they are economical and filling. In a household of 6 ranging in ages from 3 to 35, filling and cheap is a great thing.
So my question is who has some great potato recipes that are still low cal and not smothered in cheese
Thanks in advance,
Brenda

I like to chop my potatoes into cubes, put them in a ziploc bag with olive oil and seasoning, do the shake and bake them, and then bake them in the oven.
Alternately, if you buy sweet potatoes instead of regular potatoes, you can make some great baked fries.0 -
cut into wedges, drizzle with olive oil, toss to coat, season and bake. my family eats a lot of potatoes also, and even my picky son liked them0
