sadly desperate for friends

I have gained a decent amount of weight and lost it 3 times in my life, twice because of having my children, once from quitting smoking. This last bit of gain is just laziness to be completely honest. I was in great shape just this past summer (5'6" 127 lbs about ) my youngest started pre-k during my workout time in september and i fell off and gained 20 lb.s in less than 4 months.:brokenheart:

Competition really gets me going and i eat well ( i dont starve myself and i dont deny myself treats) sometimes too well. I do like to exercise and i actually miss really working up a sweat (i did stay active throughout that duration hiking and/or dancing most everyday, as well as cleaning cooking and taking active care of my children). I could use some friends for support and motivation (just knowing your out there sweating makes me want to too).

Anywho i look forward to getting to know you

    Feel free to add me if you like. I've been having my ups & downs (but thanksfully mostly downs) since 2009. So far down 75 lbs (it was 95 but the end of the year I wasn't very good and 20 snuck back up on me again).

    I'm on here every day except when I'm on vacation, even if it's to state in advance that I'm going to be bad for the day. In fact, sometimes I track better on bad days than good. But it helps me see my problem areas.

    I try to work out a few times a week and usually try to walk during my breaks at work too so I'm sweating a bit nearly every day.
