Hi all,
My name's Sally, I'm 19 and from London. Would love to make a few friends to share my weight loss with! Pretty sure I've spent most of my life doing stupid fad diets and then putting weight back on again. I'm not happy with my body right now and aim to lose about 28 - 35lbs. Add me as a friend if you'd like. Good luck everyone! :drinker:

I can say the same about myself
that's why finally I started eating 1200 calories
and it is ok to go a bit not healthy .. it is hard to disqualify the food you love to eat at one time0 -

You came to a good place then
Creating a dietary lifestyle is much better and useful for you than dieting. If you can live with what you eat and how you burn it off then it's not a diet anymore and will stop feeling like work after some time.
Good Luck! You will do well0 -
Hello!! You can add me no problem!! Here all the time to motivate!0

Aside from Helliotdan's In Place of a Road Map link that someone put out already I also suggest, for more information about fitness and nutrition, checking out and joining this group:

Read all the stickies. It's great information to know.0 -
