i am mean to eat 2050 calories to lose 1 lbs of fat and if i doo 500 calories of excersie that means i lose 2lbs do i need to eat the calories back as mfp adds the calories back on

Think of the additional fitness calories as "extra credit". MFP adds them to your daily intake allowance because you'll still be at your calorie goal if you eat the additional calories. If you can stay at your calorie goal, without adding the "extra credit" calories, you'll most definitely lose faster, but the extra credit cals are there to help you, and to make you see that its OK to add to your intake when you work for it.
If you happen to go over your original amount, but stay under the new calorie allowance, don't worry, you're still on track! I hope this helps.0 -
I would think as long as you don't go under about 1200 calories your good. So yeah this should be fine, but I'm sure someone will disagree with me. Just don't go to low, or you will do more harm than good.0
