My new start

Hi everyone. I'm 18 and I'd like to loose 10 kilos by this summer. (Sorry, I don't know how much it is in pounds). I don't think I'm fat or anything like that but I see myself gaining weight more and more each month. In September, I weighted 68 kilos and now I weight 71 so I decided that I should be more careful about what I eat and make sport because I usually don't.
I had downloaded the fitness pal app a year ago but I never really followed the calorie counter everyday. But now I am really motivated and I hope that here I can find people as motivated as me so we can help each others reach our goals.
