Eating within Limits

Hello
My goal is to lose weight and be healthy. I started MFP in December but over Xmas I stopped logging my food and did no exercise which caused a 7 pound weight gain. Back to the plan now! My struggles are over eating so my first 2 week goal is to log my food diary AND stay within my calorie limits. I have exercise goals too which I am beginning to enjoy. Just realised that my endorphins in exercise start at about 30-40 min in and not before! So that for the first time in a long while I felt the buzz doing cardio! Yay!

I would love to have friends here...sadly I feel too new to support anyone right now but I would love some support. My food diary is for me only as I am only accountable to myself and it means no added pressures.
