Looking for support to get the old me back

I've lost count of how many times and ways i've tried to get the old me back in the last 9 years. Sadly, life and health keep getting in the way. Admitedly, part of it is my own doing by sabotaging myself (setting goals too high & strating out full swing instead of building up slowly) and part of it is having Fibro and inappropriate sinse tachycardia (my heart doesn't know how to slow down). This year though I want things to be different and i want to not only lose the weight, I want to keep it off.
My plan is to lose 30 lbs by the third week of June and feel good about myself and not be embarrassed when my husband and I go to a party. Then, i'd like to be albe to lose the last 30lbs by the end of 2013 and keep it off.
