It's best to get a solid time frame for your meals if you want to control hunger. For example, I do 20/4 intermittent fasting and have been for a while now so my body has adjusted to only eating between 7pm and 11pm. If you eat at the same times every day, your ghrelin will spike at those times so you'll be hungry.0

Spread your calories and macros fairly evenly over your meals and snacks and take your meal break during your shift, then it doesn't matter exactly what meal you eat when, you will only be eating a little later or a little earlier than the day before not swapping a huge meal for a small one.0

Did you save calories to have a meal after work?0

I work night shift. I always have to remind people of this when they comment on my diary. I pre-log my days. I am a police officer so I eat when I get the chance. I typically try to space all of my calories out during MY hours. As long as I get them all in and try to space them the best as I can pre-logging works for me.0
