Has anyone read/done a Scivation training or intake plan? Or both?
I read it.. it's not entirely malarky, but I'd love to hear some real-world opinions on it. It's free online but I'm not posting a link because I'm not trying to promote it, just looking for more info.
Thanks in advance.

The workouts are fine, but Scivation is really in the business of selling it's supplement line.

The funny thing I, I already have the Xtend (bought it out of chance I guess) and I'm not even interested in the workouts (they're fine, but I have my own workout regimen).
And I think I answered my own question about the diet plan. I was questioning the amount of fat they recommend.. but considering it's almost completely void of carbs I guess it makes sense (in their minds).0 -
Thanks Niner0
