thoughts on meditation?

I meditate daily. Sometimes twice a day. I find that when I don't I acheive less in the day. It certainly keeps me focused and goal oriented.0

I use to back in early college...it really helped me empty my head of the junk and get me clear for the day ahead. I thought I was fooling myself and stopped, but recently came across this article:

which led to others.
If I can find the time/place, I think I will start doing this again. My reality currently sucks and my escape has been food and TV. Maybe this is a wiser choice...0 -

For a while, I was really into mediation. It made me feel great after I would open my eyes. I'm thinking about using this to help with my daily workout regiment. Any thoughts on this subject?
Diaphragmatic breathing is certainly effective for stress relief and anxiety!0
