thoughts on meditation?

For a while, I was really into mediation. It made me feel great after I would open my eyes. I'm thinking about using this to help with my daily workout regiment. Any thoughts on this subject?

    I meditate daily. Sometimes twice a day. I find that when I don't I acheive less in the day. It certainly keeps me focused and goal oriented.

    I use to back in early college...it really helped me empty my head of the junk and get me clear for the day ahead. I thought I was fooling myself and stopped, but recently came across this article:

    If I can find the time/place, I think I will start doing this again. My reality currently sucks and my escape has been food and TV. Maybe this is a wiser choice...

    Diaphragmatic breathing is certainly effective for stress relief and anxiety!
