I just got in the mail a 35 pound kettelbell I ordered. Did some swings and really felt great! I've heard that kettlebell training is a great way to lose weight and actually burns up a lot of calories. Anyone else doing kettlebell training? How many swings..how long each week do you train?

35 pounds is a good start but you might find quickly that you can progress to a higher weight0 -
I have an 18lb one but would like more0
