MediFast Lettuce Chicken Wraps ??

My boyfriend is on the MediFast diet; I want to make him a meal; I dont want it to be s simple as a chicken breast with a pile of acceptable veggies (which is what he does--the least effort); I want it to be different, good, and of course impress him with my mad skills haha, Ive never cooked for him before, and with me being on a different clean "diet" Im new to being limited to which veggies I can and cant use.
I came up with the idea of lettuce chicken wraps based off a recipe I saw for naked egg rolls, but it didnt give amounts, just ingredients, and didnt involve wapping in lettuce-just eating the "filling" by itself.
Napa cabbage with sesame ginger dressing in skillet, a dash of low sodium soy, fresh grated ginger, chicken broth, and a pinch of Chinese 5 spice seasoning. Add in chicken (or pork) from crock pot (i found this on a crock pot website), and add 1-2tbls of egg beaters scrambled in.
with fresh ginger, 5-spice (which includes ginger), and ginger in dressing, im worried it will be way too gingery, but ive never used ginger before really so not too familiar with it, and never cooked asian before. I would like to use this as a base recipe since i have already went and got these ingredients, but also wanting to use other medifast veggies, such as celery, & white mushrooms. I dont have napa cabbage, but do have regular cabbage--would napa be better? never had it. I also got green leaf lettuce as the wrap, and the chicken is in the crock pot covered in organic salsa (wont serve the salsa with, just a marinade--this was based off a different recipe i saw that wasnt medifast but im doing something else with the rest of the chicken/salsa, just using some of the chicken for him).
Any thoughts on the amounts I should use? Any suggestions?

Napa Cabbage makes much better lettuce wraps then regular cabbage. We actually cut out the egg and chop up all sorts of veggies and ground meat and sauttee it up in whatever spices we have on hand. Drizzle a tiny bit of Taos Thia Peanut butter sauce over the top and you've got one big plate of healthy awesomeness!0

Is peanutbutter sauce medifast approved? I dont have that either and bought the 5spice & sesame ginger dressing already. I can pick up napa cabbage instead no problem if it makes for much better rolls filling; is green leaf lettuce good for the wrap part?0

I think you have to be prepared to experiment a bit - what might be too gingery too you could be just right for me. But a thumb sized piece of ginger is what I would use for 2 people.
Are you stir-frying the cabbage? Then it doesn't have to be Nappa. Try it with what you have, if you like it, then next time try the Nappa cabbage and see if that makes a difference. Chopped celery and sliced mushrooms would work well in that sort of stir-fry mixture too.
It sounds delicious, and I hope your boyfriend enjoys it!0
