Have just been out for dinner and drunk 2 KGB rtd black russian drinks. Can anybody tell me the caloriecontent please? I put it down as 960 but think that is a little too much.:drinker:

    Just by googling it, it appears the average is about 244 calories for one Black Russian.

    Hey thanks for that, saved me a heap of guilt! And yep, it may be alcohol but I did have 90 mins hard aerobic exercise also that day to compensate, a gal is allowed a couple of pleasures isn't she???
