I am glad to see there are plenty of men on this website as well. I am not alone. I have some clear cut goals for 2013 which include 25 pounds by June 17th and the final 14 pounds by Christmas of 2013. I have a personal trainer, but have needed this type of accountability for eating journal, and exercise journal and community support.
