Hi everyone,
New on here so still trying to find my feet! I was wondering if 30 second interval training works at all? I've seen some woman from TOWIE (Or is it Made In Chelsea?!) has released a DVD of this as it apparently helped her to lose 6 stone of weight!! Any thoughts on this or what would be a great alternative?
Thanks everyone! Have a great day! :-)

I haven't heard of that specific program, but there are many forms of interval training. Yes they definitely work!
Really great for increasing what you can do- cardio, endurance, burn more cals.
Love intervals. plus it makes the workout more fun!0 -
HIIT is very good..it's what I do. I do one minute of jumping jacks or burpees or anything that really gets your heart rate up then one minute of light jogging on spot to recover. I aim for around 20-25 mins each session.
Good luck.0
