Can never keep things going I am always starting doing well then eventually I end up "falling of the wagon".
I really really need to lose ALOT of weight this year I am 32 years old this year and was passed up (for the 3rd time in 12 months) for promotion within my company and I feel this as alot to do with how I look etc.
I really want to become a Paramedic and I know time is now not on my side, I will list my weight etc below and you will see why it is no where near plausible to even attempt to become a Paramedic at the moment.
I NEED to keep this up this time, but how can I do this? How do I stop "giving up"
My Name is Steve
I currently weigh 110kg (17st 3)
My height is 5 10
My BMI is 34.8 (very close to being CLINICALLY OBESE)
I thought right put a post up now get the support, do something about it before its to late!

Congratulations on wanting to do such a wonderful job. If you want the job as much as you sound like you do you must keep at it, we need people like you when in pain.
Feel free to add me as a friend and I will try to be as helpful as possible (I always find a good support network helps). I fall off the wagon alot too but I slipped a disc in my back on christmas day and the doctor said being nearly clincally obese (5ft 2 and 13 stone) isnt helping!!
Good luck we can do it0
