Traveling and Staying in Control

Hi everyone!
I am fortunate to have a job that lets me travel.Next week, I will be going from east to west coast, then back again. I spend a lot of time in airports and hotels. During the day, I am holed up in an office for the day. It's pretty common for people in my position (it's actually a joke to us now) to grab a banana for the day from the hotel and hope for the best.
I'd really like some advice as how to stay on plan while on the road. I travel 2-4 days a week, so this is where I spend most of my time. I have already decided to pick hotels with gyms and pack my workout clothes, as they are just as important as my work laptop.
Any advice? Anyone else out there who travels and manages to stay on track?

i travel and dont manage to stay in control. end up eating out too often and working late nights in the hotel.

I travel occasionally for work, and I try not to eat out where possible. If you don't have to go out for dinner with colleagues or anything like that, consider going to a supermarket and buying the workings of a nice 'picnic' - some veggies and dip, some wholewheat bread, cold meats, etc. It also means you can have healthy snacks while at work.0

I travel a lot. I tend to eat cereals in the morning. I stay away from all fast food. I buy apples and keep them with me. All meals are ate at at nice restaurant. If I can't sit and order a meal, I tend to do a lowfat sub.
You can travel and eat well. You just can't be in a hurry.0 -
I'd recommend porridge pots, you only need a kettle and they really do fill you up!
I spend a lot of time at festivals for work and eat a lot of naked noodles also, you can get the from Morrison with the pot noddles they are much nicer though!
not the best for long term but hand to pack in your will power is slipping!0
