Quick question.
The Diary automatically adds the calories burnt when I enter CV exercise, but not strength training.
But strength work obviously burns calories too.
So, do people include this on their diary as an exercise they can add themselves?
And if so, how do you work it out?
Thanks.

Strength Training is an option under the cardio list so you can add it that way if you want to track the calories for it.

i put my "strengh training" under cardiovascular and I named it " strengh training not accurate" and give myself 25 calories. i know its not accurate, and this way my strengh training workout will count towards my weekly exercise. :)

    Thanks, though.
