Congrats on finishing Insanity and having motivation to put up with more of Shaun T (I love him, but that $*&^ was bananas yo)!
After I finished Insanity, I wanted NOTHING to do with him or any form of cardio!!

I have completed a couple rounds of Asylum and an Insanity/Asylum hybrid! I love Asylum!!! I actually am starting (again) Asylum Vol 2 today. I made it through 2 weeks before the holidays and then fell off the wagon.
Anyways, Asylum is awesome. Def the next step after Insanity. The workouts are between 45-60mins. They involve a little more stregnth building. Less breaks that you get with Insanity. I would suggest Asylum if you have completed Insanity and want to take it to the next step.0 -

Awesome, thank you :flowerforyou:0 -
I completed Insanity about a year ago... and wasn't a fan. But I'm doing Asylum now and like it much more. I like the strength component, which I felt was missing in Insanity. I also love that it's only a 30-day program!0
