My heavest and after some cardio.
I've come a long way, and I have a ways to go to get where I want to be. It's going to be work. It's going to hurt and be inconvienent at times but I'm willing to sacrifice my time in order to have the fitness and health levels I want. Stay fit my friends 2013 is upon us!
