Hi, I'm Amelia, 25 from Glasgow.

I have re-started dieting as I am desperate to lose the weight now. I am currently 14st 8lbs. I am aiming to get down to around 10st 6lbs. I am planning to do a skydive and therefore I need to be under 14st to be able to do this although my aim is for lower.

I'm just looking for some help to get me going and to enjoy it. I started yesterday and so far so good.
