president choice greek yogurt with mango = 140 calories

2 tablespoons roasted red pepper hummus with 8 slices of cucumber = less than 100 calories

    Apple - 80 calories

    1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese = 100 calories

Even a salad made of romaine with cut up veggies can run 100-150 calories, especially if you use lemon instead of dressing

Laughing cow cheese with reduced fat triscuits

Zucchini slices dipped in salsa (for those addicted to chips and salsa)

Quaker chewy granola bar (90 calories)

Edamame, shelled. It's easy just to buy th frozen and let it thaw in your fridge.

    Cauliflower/broccoli/carrots dipped in FF ranch

Triscuits with light chicken or tuna salad

Cereal--make individual serving bags, I like Corn Flakes and Cheerios

    Yoplait Light yogurt

    Smart Pop popcorn

Simple taco--corn tortilla with some salsa and beans, chicken or shrimp. Depending on what you put in it, it could be a little more than 100, but if you're sparing, it'll be close.
