Having Troubles Eating my Calories

Anyone else having troubles eating all of the calories you are supposed to eat in the day? Is it bad that I do not eat as many calories, my protien is way up and my calories and fat arent reaching what I am supposed to have. hmmm...trial and error i guess.

    Don't eat diet foods, eat full fat yogurts, cheese, eggs, avocado, peanut butter, meats, use oil for cooking. Eating fats doesn't make you fat, eating too much makes you fat. Don't be afraid to eat real food.
