    Im doing hal hidgons novice 2, but only running 3 times a week to allow for more cross and strength.

    I've just decided to do a half marathon May 26th and need to start training as well. I've trained with Hal Higdon's Novice 1 before, so thought I'd use that plan again.

    I'm doing my first half this weekend (New Years Race - LA at Night), as well as Tinker Bell later in the month. Getting ready to sign up for the Hollywood Half on April 6th - though I'm having surgery Jan 31st, so may not quite be up to snuff in time. There may be a lot of walking involved on that one. :-)

    I have a half coming up in April. I've done 2 fulls and 2 halves before, but it's been about 5 years since I've raced at that distance. I did a 10k in November and remembered how fun the races are! Feel free to add me.

    I will be doing my 4th half marathon in May 2013. I started running in February 2011 and did my first half marathon in October 2011. I love talking to other runners!

    Feel free to add me. I've just signed up for my 4th half marathon on April 13th. My goal is to come in under 2 hours (ran my last in 2:04). I'm using Hal Higdon's Intermediate training plan. I start my training on January 21st.
