So I've had success with Weight Watchers in 2007 and lost 45 lbs over 1 1/2 years, but that was when I was single, not drinking or taking any type of medications. Jump forward to present day, I put that 45 back on ...plus a little... drink socially again, though I'm off any needed meds - Yay!
My goal right now is to lose any weight, get in the gym 3 mornings per week for mainly cardio and just feel better. Ultimately I'd like to shed 40 lbs. And not to pay Weight Watchers to do it! I know its going to be a long journey but one that I'm determined for.
Its nice to meet everyone and I look forward to all the helpful posts you put up!
