Quorn Korma Help?!

Hi all

I tend to use quorn a lot more than meat for the low fat reasons. Mainly in stir fry's or with sauces because you really can't tell the difference that much. When I do a roast, I use real meat.

Anyway, I don't eat spicy food, I hate it. I love Korma though, and wondered if anyone has a recipe that can use up stuff you have in the house, is low fat, but tastes great.

I don't have any yogurt in, I don't live near a shop and my oh has taken the car to work, so it really does have to be stuff I have in the house lol.

If not a korma recipe, any recipe is good. I have veggies, a taco mix but no shells, rice and pasta

Hard to advise when I can't see in your larder, but I'd go for marinating the quorn in the taco mix, stir fry the veggies and the quorn and serve with rice. Sounds good to me. If you want to make any kind of sauce, then if you have tinned tomatoes use those.
