hello everyone i am new to this and i just wanted to talk about what i plan to do throughout this journey. i am 21 years old and right now i weigh 243 (my heaviest) and i hate myself for that. my goal is to get to 180 maybe in 3 months. i am on herbalife and so far so good. ive been doing it for 5 days and i feel real good and i feel as if my stomach is flatter. i also am on the insanity program and doing zumba. also i just got engaged so thats a big motivation to get myself fit for my wedding day . anyways i just wanted to introduce myself and if anyone has any feedback about herbalife, insanity, zumba or anything else i would love to talk and learn about new things
